bham-dave i know you are trying to be helpful but i thought it was decided by most on this thread that we would not use the magazine coupons, just so as to not jeopardize the policy;) even though as you say they are genuine;)
My own view is that they're genuine coupons in the public domain for over a month and everyone here has had access to them and most have probably used them.

I won't PM or email a PDF coupon (as I believe we've been asked not to by board guides) but am happy to PM the original links to anyone that's (somehow!) missed them.

I realise that's not the majority view, but I always make my own mind up on these things.

    :)

Last week, bham-dave, you said this (which was a good point I thought):

It may also be best to minimise the overall hit the manufacturer takes.

You also don't know for sure that someone is gonna pick up the coupon...and use it according to its terms and conditions.

    But then yesterday this:

I know you are trying to be helpful (like I was when I said I would leave spare coupons in Sainsburys or Boots rather than Tesco). But your first post I quoted kind of explains why others here think that your second quote may not be the best plan, given the recent info about scammers/staff abuse with the magazine mocs?

I'm really lucky and I have 2 stores quite close to me that follow the national policy. I've a friend who lives in the Erdington area of Birmingham and she's really broke and on some sort of debt arrangement plan so using moc's would really help her. There are 2 stores quite close to Erdington (excluding expresses), New Oscott and Aston Lane. Does anyone know if these stores follow the national policy or if they have restrictions, I'm sure B'ham Dave said Birmingham was a bit pants when someone quereied around the NEC. Can any one help on this? If you'd rather pm than reply on the forum please do.

The first hurdle is finding a good store for her the I need to convince her using few mocs would help her. TIA
  • MAGAZINE MOC'S REMOVED

Thanks Princess for acting so quickly once the majority decided that this was the safest option to protect the tesco policy.

I personally never used these coupons as I believed that Mr T's would never get their money back on them.

I would really hate for Tesco to change their policy, just today I did a £31 shop and paid £2 ish.

So instead of jeopardising the policy we should all be searching for new coupons, they are out there, waiting for us to find them.

Many thanks to everyone who has found genuine useful coupons over the last few months.
