When it says offer not recognised it sometimes works if you refresh the page or press F5 then the print my coupon box will show. You may have to do this several times. I don't know why it does this though.

Thanks, I shall remember that next time.

I don't think I will be able to do it now on some as it says print limit reached even though I didn't print any.

Just been to T's, can't believe it the security guard who been giving me grief for 6 months was actually pleasant; must been the letter i drafted to Sir Terry earlier this week. Anyhow no hassle just load messing about with the coupons as had them all ready but split them for the spend £30 get ltr whiskey/gin/vodka. Oh it was a headache, the spirit is not included in the 30 quid spend.

I did get some apples £1 get 50 c/card points, the points did not go on so got d&d on 3 paks.. Is reports this is buy 2 packs and get 50 points, but did not see any this in this store......

No wonder you get grief if you split shops. Isnt that like getting around the 1 per coupon thing?

Can you tell me what the whisky/gin/vodka offer is please? I have not heard anything about it? I assume it is something like the Carsbereg for £5 if you spend £30

Just found a thread about it :D

I know it can be frustrating to read the same ? over & over through a thread but really it wouldn't have hurt to pop a link to said reply on drivel if you knew the reply was there.

Dr WW didn't mean it like that, the OP had also posted the same question on the drivel thread, Dr WW had already replied directly to the question a few minutes earlier

    well done moyilla,

what a terrible time you have been having but you have survived and got a great shop out of it.

I just wish Mr T's would sort all their staff out once and for all, it makes life so difficult for all us couponners.

    icon7.gificon7.gif
for two reasons - firstly and most importantly, the friend who takes me shopping would not wait while I sorted matters out and it would not be fair of me to expect her to , she would also be so embarressed that she would refuse to take me shopping in future (we are not big friends more that we know each other and she kindly gives me a lift)
and secondly I do not like unpleasantness and due to my health/heart problems cannot cope with stress and I would find this too stressful and it would bring on an attack - wonder if they would feel guilty if I was whisked off in an ambulance, although they would probably be saying 'good riddance':rotfl::rotfl:as they waved me off:j :rotfl::rotfl:
I do love to hear of those of you who can and will sort these things out and wish you all luck now that Moyilla has received her e-mail making matters clear
Good luck to you all who now know that the managers discrection instructions are wrong but I cannot see managers just accepting this and think some including my own store manager will just disregard the e-mail and if a customer pushes too far they will get banned as in the case of gill and pink - people do hold grudges and no-one likes to be proved wrong especially in front of their subordinates or co-workers so please all of you remember that it is a chance you takes when you stand your ground
Unless HO issue clear instructions to all stores I cannot forsee things changing but they have not done that so far and I wonder why:confused:as then we would have no problem at all.I suspect that in areas where there is not much coupon use they do not clamp down so much as in areas where coupons are used a lot - I hope all store get it sorted soon but I doubt it - hope I'm wrong though:beer:
