Guess who served me? A Checkout Supervisor hee hee, that was such a nice experience, it was the deathly stares from the customers behind me though that killed the atmosphere :rotfl:

The Cafedirect coupon is small but scanned like a dream, I nearly had to offer her my glasses to read it I was laughing very quietly :rotfl:Thank you VC xx

She told me why the store was so vigilant. This week alone, there have been 2 customers, one lady who produced a conditional wine spend coupon from Somerfield BUT CUT AROUND THE SOMERFIELD AND THE WINE PART :eek::eek:

A man came in on Wednesday and produced 5 of the same coupons and argued that they were not photocopied. She said it was easy to tell because the barcode's were all the same but he was having none of it :rolleyes:

I was shocked to be honest. It explains why I am having battles :rolleyes: BUT I am so so pleased & proud of myself that I am following the policy to the tee. And I am so glad I persisted and shown myself to be honest or else I could have quite easily been put in the same box as the above two people :eek:

Shame on you whoever you are :mad:

Ooh and my KOS was blocked, "coupon not allowed" and she tried 3 times too

Me too I'm afraid - BUT I did have my KOS accepted. Weird or what the way some are being accepted and not others. It would be so much simpler if every T was the same - I can dream.
