I'm new to this whole coupon thing the only coupons i have ever used is the ones boots give me with my AC, but lately i have found my purse over flowing with a massive amount of MOC's. I have no idea where they are coming from (i think they are bredding) but they are there and i think i should use them.

I currently have loads fo Tesco baby club coupons for pampers nappies and wipes, i dont use pampers so could i use these against huggies nappies and wipes insted?

What do i do if i buy an item and use a MOC but it doesnt scan, can i take the coupon to CS and argue the fact with them and have the money refunded.

I had a recent experience with the the aldi coupons (£5 off £30 spend) and CS said they wouldnt accept them - is this right was i using the wrong kind of MOC?

Can i use MOC's when doing my shopping online?

I have also just found the millies cookie voucher - yum that is my 1 craving at the minute so will cut my costs a it although an extravegance. So thanks for that one.

    Hi Princesswoo,

How are you? I remember you from the Boot's Grabbit :D

Get yourself a nice cup of tea and have a good old read of the 1st page (especially the policy) it will tell you everything you need to know, and if there is something you are still unsure off feel free to ask as the peeps here are lovely :T:T

Re the Tesco babyclub coupons you need to buy the product on the coupon to use it as they are Tesco specific.

    xx

I am 95% now which will have to do as I'm so busy at the mo, thanks for asking and all the other kind words from everyone, it's been awful in my house baby had it first (mild thank god)then me then 12 hrs later DH, his illness required many urgent bathroom visits:eek:, so for the past few days my house has been rather unpleasant, he's now also just about better, so we're about back to normal!

After having trouble using Farm Foods conditional spend at a Tesco used by a few peeps on here( not my lovely local T's) I emailed Sir Terry Leahy and got this reply yesterday...my coupon was accepted eventually, but the manager said he would only take it in future if he saw it written in black and white that it was Tesco Policy ...I'll be printing this and visting his store later today....re the Deals Vouchers....do you think this implies there will not be 2 tier pricing for the holidays now? Before there was brochure price for Deal use holidays and internet price which was discounted for non deal voucher users....it does seem to imply a one price system from now on ...

    Dear Mrs ****

Thank you for your email addressed to Sir Terry Leahy, our Chief Executive to which I have been asked to reply.

I was very sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the recent changes made to our Cosmos Clubcard Deals. Please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment that this has caused you.

I have discussed this matter with our Clubcard Deals department who have explained that the change is due to repeated pricing issues for our customers when using their tokens with Cosmos. After repeated discussions with Cosmos we have taken affirmative action by putting the price cap in place so customers can benefit from reduced prices and get a real discount while using their tokens.

When previous alterations have been brought into our existing Rewards the changes have gone live upon the release of the new brochure, in this instance we have given a window of opportunity to book a holiday before this change comes into effect.

I do hope you can still book and use Cosmos for your holiday, if you require any further assistance with this or any other Clubcard Rewards query please don’t hesitate to contact our Clubcard Deals Team on 0808 1000707.

You have also mentioned in your email that you have experienced problems when attempting to use Farmfoods conditional spend coupons in our **** store. Please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment that this has caused you.

I have discussed this matter with **** ******, our Store Manager, and have explained to him that his staff should be accepting these coupons. **** has asked me to assure you that he will be briefing this information to his checkout staff, and you should not experience any further problems.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to contact us.

    Kind Regards

    Denise Elder

Morning all. I was going to go to T's last night to use my Huggies (+ others of course) but plans were thwarted by arrival of our first foster child :D. I will have to train her in the use of MOC's but I will be very careful giving her the scissors to cut them all out
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D
