    Afternoon all

I'm confused, just got back from Mr T's and I have noticed that my receipt is still showing my points from the last quarter and my recent transactions.

I have received my vouchers so shouldn't those points have been cleared?

Has anyone else noticed this on their's.

Should I ignore it or what

My points haven't been taken either but then I haven't had any vouchers
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

Have you got another Tesco store near you? You could try taking it back there if it's a non-perishable item.

I'm amazed at this...the refund should have been done straight away onto your card as requested...can't for the life of me see their reasoning...you had the goods and your receipt and had not even left the store...I understood 'gift cards' were only offered if you had no receipt....what did you buy? Was it a book that they thought you had read? lol...sorry, but can't think of anything that would not be fully refunded within a few minutes of purchase....you want your refund and an apology ....it amazes me how awkward some staff are....I bought a laptop bag on the 30/7 ...cashless-cow sent me some leaflets that had the 100 points offer, I took it to CS the others day and she credited me the 100 points , absolutely no probs...as she said...'we like to keep all our customers happy'....I get fantastic service at my local T's...only get slight probs when I venture further afield...but stand my ground and usually get things sorted....so my advice...stand your ground and don't take any prisoners....

footnote...anyone else notice the hike in prices of ink cartridges in T's...my black ones have gone up £1.50 and the 3 pack colour have gone up £5...yes £5...had 2 mocs worth £5 , so would have been same price as before...but didn't buy them as had bought other stuff...will call with my mocs and not get anything else except cartridges and get 'em for nowt!!!

Have a great time...been scouring Cosmos all day wondering if I can book a free holiday before the 1st September using my points...but as my August ones have not arrived yet, think I'll miss the boat ...not to worry Malta for me in 3 weeks.

upon gettin to cs they refused to give me a refund back on my debit card and wud instead only offer a gift card....i refused this as i paid with my debit card expected to get it refunded that way called cs when i got home and basically they are gave me a load of rubbish about the policy re coupons,
I had this too..when my aldi £5 off 30 spend woundn't scan, they would only give me a gift card altho I had just paid by debit card, I didn't mind as I could use it in store for smaller purchases without fumbling for change...

I guess they want to keep your cash and make you use a gift card then they haven't lost anything IYSWIM...
