you may have allready contributed to your downfall as applying for credit scores on your file in such a short space of time wait for at least 6 months and then try again

Ooops,i hit the thanks button instead of the quote button, but i am sure you won't mind!
Anyway,i was going to say, that i have recieved nearly every card i have applied for (and there have been lots over the years),with the exception of 2,one was the Post Office card, and i work for them! but more importantly,i used to have a Capital One card last year,so i cancelled it as it wasn't being used.I have since reapplied twice in the last year, but they have turned me down both times? I believe my credit to be good,i have sent for my report, and i have never missed a payment, ever,so i have no idea why they turn me down.Sponsored by Tesco Clubcard Points !!0 -

I applied for the Capital One card about 6 months ago thinking the same thing, but got declined. I didn't think to find out why. Incidently the search isn't on my current Experian credit file and the search was only done 6 months ago. I'm going to apply for the Barclaycard (did you apply for the 'initial' card?). Generally they check Equifax which might work more in my favour.0 -
