It's available for Barclays account holders who are registered for internet banking.
There is a link on the account homepage that requires an account ID and once verified the licence is emailed to the account holder.

I bought KIS 2009 through the Amazon offer for £7.50. I then upgraded to KIS 2010 free of charge, all online and without any hassle.
KIS 2010 has a different interface and can end up blocking affiliate links. If you don't want affiliate links blocked then you need to disable the anti-banner component or start adding the required links to white lists.
I just wanted to second this post.
I too purchased the 3 user 2009 edition from Amazon for a total price of £7.50 and the code works fine with the new 2010 version. :money:0
