Tesco: Kaspersky Internet Security 2010

Found today 31/7/09, Tesco are selling the full retail Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, 3 User version (with 1 year of updates) for £24.
This is cheaper than anything available on ebay (I've checked) and a darned bit cheaper than any other retailer/e-tailer.
Even if your present software hasn't expired (my KIS 2009 version has 70 days left to run) this is worth keeping for when it does.
As stated, this software suite can be installed on up to 3 PCs - so protect your PC, laptop and Netbook all for a price less than is usually paid for a 1 user version of other major Internet Security Suites.

Good price compared to their estore, but see Amazon for a price of more like £17 delivered for the 2009 version. This can be upgraded for free in August when the 2010 release is out, I believe0

I tried the 'free' upgrade option - and it didn't accept the 2009 product key. I would imagine this requires contact with Customer Services, proof of purchase etc etc.
The 2010 version is available now and has been since mid/late July. For a fully boxed 'off-the-shelf' retail version £24 from Tesco is a good, comparable price. The official Kaspersky website has it at £49.99 (3 user/1 year).
Of course, members could always wait until Hardware OEM CD versions become more widely available which are often sold off on ebay etc - I usually buy these versions too, but this seemed like a bargain even I wasn't going to pass up on the way to my usual voddy & irn bru aisles.0 -
If you have any other shopping to get i.e. books, dvds, etc to the value of £30 - you can get this for £7.50

been using the free ones for years and never had any trouble, the Avira one seems to be the preferred option on the techie forum.0

Is there anywhere you can download Avira without taking up one of their 'offers'?0

I bought KIS 2009 through the Amazon offer for £7.50. I then upgraded to KIS 2010 free of charge, all online and without any hassle.
KIS 2010 has a different interface and can end up blocking affiliate links. If you don't want affiliate links blocked then you need to disable the anti-banner component or start adding the required links to white lists.0 -
Hi guys, for anyone that isn't aware of this, if you have a barclaycard or barclays account, register for online banking and you get Kaspersky for free. hth. ss0

I have a Barclaycard (and am registered for online banking) but not a Barclays current account and have enquired and been told this is not something they can currently offer me.
Anyone know if this is only available for Barclays current accounts or certain types of Barclaycard??0
