Does anyone know if the wine points are shown on your online clubcard balance or are they seperate?

I have 2200 points due from wine purchases, yet nothing is shown on my online balance......do I need to get on the phone?

Email customer services, that's what I did.

I wasn't expecting to get a reply, but got one after a couple of days... only to be told I did not recieve my points because I had cancelled my wine order.
Just to be sure I opened a bottle and had a few glasses, yep! I had definately recieved my wine and had a nice detailed receipt with time, order number, lorry number etc. Emailed them again with all the details and next day got an email to say 1200 points had been added.
Don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one, but got my points in the end.
So Definately get on the phone or email them.

Don't think I can stomach Perry though!!
Pork chops or joints cooked in perry are nice , also you can soak bacon or gammon steaks in it before cooking to reduce the saltiness and give them a hint of sweetness ;)
Thanks to all who post constructively.

I used this code several weeks ago. My online statement says that I have 0 points (so not even the points for the purchase). Dunno what that means- will take another look in a few days, and then try email before calling. (Only 1 of the 2, same, half cases arrived; I've been naughty and used another code to get another lot... Would be difficult to explain that 1. I have registered for 'wine club', but actually haven't been sent anything yet!)

I was told I'd get mine added (1200 for the wine) a few days after it arrives. Its been at least 2 wks now and endless phone calls......................and its still not showing. On my invoice it says 0.01p voucher used. CS told me it'll show on my May statement, but I'm not convinced. If its not showing on my clubcard account, how will they 'pay' me on the May mail out???

I have ordered wine twice over the last few weeks, 1200 points each time (different codes though)

I have had no points added to my Clubcard yet. Customer services said they would appear around 6-8 weeks after the purchase and to phone back if they did not appear.

Anyone else worried they will not appear ?

I've been told coupon for extra points get added after the next statement goes out. told this when i had a double points voucher and there was no mention on the recipt.
On a recent wine order ther was no mention of extra points on the delivery slip - rang up and they said they would add them

    Ive just rang them up.

They said not to worry, the points dont go on until just before the statement comes out. He said that you will definately get them added for when the statement arrives. Something to do with people cancelling orders, trying to keep points etc.

Hope this helps and if it does please hit the thanks button

I am very disillusioned with bonus points on wine....I have had about 4 orders over the last few months and no bonus points have been added even though codes were accepted. When I ring all they say is that it will go on the next statement...it never does!

The groceries however are a different story and definately added within a few days of delivery.

I will never order wine just to get points in future....too much hassle

I am still waiting for some since October. I rang them at the time and emailed them too, I was told to wait up to 6 weeks. 5 weeks later I emailed again and reminded that I had been told up to 6 weeks!!!

They weren't added on that statement, then they advised that thecode I was quoting was invalid. However, as they had confirmed all ok by email, they would let me have 1000 points, initially 1500!!!

They are rubbish. You can ask for a printout to check whether all your points have been added.

so what is 1200 points worth in reality? ie what discount on shopping instore would it give you?

EDIT> nevermind, found it eventually on the tesco.com site! 1p per point so £1.20 instore or £5 of 'deal' vouchers?
