Got a Technika......

.... for Christmas with the intention of enabling the children to watch either digital or terrestrial TV in different rooms, as required. Fixed it all up as per instructions with the receiver in the conservatory some 60 - 75 feet away. Getting sound but no picture. MATH is boxing it up as I type to take it back to Tesco having declared it "useless".
Checked the connections - seem OK. Checked the line of fire - u know what I mean! - that is OK with no obstructions.

Any thoughts or ideas out there before MATH marches off to Tesco?

I have the same unit, it works perfectly.
Check
1) Both units are switched on
2) Both units are set to the same chanel (four way swich on bottom)
3) That receiving TV is set to AV chanel

Hi Wingates, The sender TV has a video and freeview box. What would you recomend I connect the sender to:- the Tv, Video, or Freewiew?

Checked all the above you recomended. Sound is brilliant just no picture.

My sender is plugged into my Sky box.
I would think you should connect yours to Freeview.

i've recently bought one of these got a picture but can't change channel any ideas??

Make sure the wire on your transmitter is hanging over the little window on the front of your sky box.
This picks up the remote signal.
Check your instuction book.
