Changing payment details in "Congratulations You've Won" auto email

I used to say I accepted cheques as payment but for the past year I have preferred everyone to pay by Paypal. I've since removed all references to cheques in my listings.

However, my buyers are still receiving the automatic "Congratulations You've Won" email featuring a message from the seller (i.e. myself) saying that they can pay by Paypal or Cheque and giving my address for them to send me a cheque.

I have turned over all the account settings I can find and I cannot find anywhere that I can edit the message in this email. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

I use selling manager but it can't be coming from that because I only started using it recently.

TIA
