I am aiming to cancel a tesco card over the next week or so as transferred and paying some off.
i have a barclaycard which is ok till october 2009.
What is the best card to go for? any particular options . thanks in advance. appreciate help received so far and very appreciative.thanks

Provided that your credit files are in good shape, there are lots of good deals out there.
Which is best depends, to some extent, on which cards - besides Barclaycard, Tesco and Virgin - you have at the mo or have held recently.
13 months at 0% is currently available to new customers from Halifax on balance transfers made in the first 90 days. There's a 3% BT fee.
IME, and from feedback here, credit limits are generous and the minimum monthly payment is just 1% of the balance shifted

I know Abbey/Santander gets slated but I work for them and can only apologise for other colleagues incompetence.
Anyway, we currently have the Zero card or the Organic Card.
Zero offers 0% BT for 12 months, Organic offers 0% BT for 15 months.
