cant pay payment plan
I am on a payment plan with npower for its a combined gas & electric .I should have payed £180 in july but i have had no money to pay it .We are now at the end of july ,i will only beable to pay them at the end of August what am i going to do ? By end of august that will mean i will owe august too so double payment .

Contact nPower straight away and explain the situation. I am sure they will come up with a payment plan which fits your budget and repays your outstanding balance.
If you don't succeed in compromising with nPower, go round to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and make an appointment with an advisor.
The key is not to panic and hope it will go away. There are plenty of people around to help.0
