npower and canceling your account when you move out

Hey I have had loads of problems trying to close a gas account. However if you use consumer driect to ensure you can close the account then you do get results.

I had problems with npower refusing to close my gas account even thou I moved out and paid the balance. My advice is contact consumer direct as within 3 days I got a full letter from npower advising me that the account was now closed and my details had been removed.

So use consumer direct it really works
