I have a Samsung Handset which is locked onto Virgin Mobile.
Which is the best way to unlock it?

I have bought a code on ebay before, which failed somehow.


How do I know, once the procedure is complete, whether it has been unlocked or not, is there a way to tell without attempting to connect to another network?
