halifax statements today

well i asked 10 days ago for all my statements for the last 6 yr, bless them they sent out quickly, 3 things, i am now going to send the hardship template today requesting they address my claim, and give them 14 days to resepond, secondly my statement shows a summary sheet number 1 of 154, its shows activity of over 333k income and 333k outgoings, balance 1p, credited 65 pounds, !!!!!!!g hell, but thirdly and most improtantly , it shows the level of gambling i did, my statements are awash with telephone betting lost over 14k in 4 months this yr, surely someone should have seen this, and yes i know i should have dealt with it, but it looks as though i was out of control,

Your post is quite hard to read, but if I have read it correctly you are going to claim hardship when you had 333k income going through your bank account? Only thing I can say to that is 'good luck'.

  • I cannot understand the post either so it is impossible to actually give some advice apart from the fact that you can go back to 27th July 2001 on financial hardship and not just 6 years.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

There's no judging going on in my post whatsoever.

But from reading your post, it seems your 'circumstances' are money lost through gambling. As I said, all I have to say to that is 'good luck', because you'll need it.
