Credit Card Claim Query

Hi all,

Just a little advice if i anyone can help.

My father has a couple of creditcards that were defaulted and are now being paid of with payplan...would I still be able to claim the charges on these ?

Also, I have a creditcard which is closed...how am still paying the balance off with the company, would I still be able to claim?

Thanks

Matt

He will which should reduce the balance of the amount he owes.
