    Maybe due to low transaction levels. There is insufficent data to form a view on particular segments of the market.

    THe Halifax has shown price rises too; I am predicting a positive rise in the Halifax so I dont see your point you labour voting dullard.

    you're bringing thus up again??? just embrace the positive data... it may not be to your liking but at least respect and accept it...

    they haven't deleted any data - low volumes means no data published.
    it happens on the LR too...

    To be fair to mbga9pgf, he did say in his (assuming male!) very first post on this that he expected the Halifax figure to be positive.

    He's just grumbling a bit because it's not really what he wants to see ;)
