Shower head and hose for single tap baths?

Hello! Does anyone know where I can buy a shower head and hose that would fit a bath with a single tap?
I can only find ones like these http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/8329721/c_1/1%7Ccat_14417894%7CBathroom+furniture%7C14418043/Trail/searchtext%3ESHOWER.htm which are for baths with two taps.
Any help would be much appreciated!

im not sure you can buy a similar item for single taps. ive never seen one.
but you can modify the one shown. remove one pipe from the Y piece, and replace the Y piece with a straight connector.Get some gorm.0 -
You can get one from Amazon or ebay just search on hose for single tap - I would have pasted in the dirct link but new uers aren't allowed to paste links on here0
