Hi Guys
Woke up today and turned my laptop on , went to use a DVD in it and it wouldnt read it, tried a couple of others and some regular CD's too and still no joy, so went on the Windows Device manager clicked on my dvd drive and get this message
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."
Follow the instructions to uninstall it , then reinstall it and it comes up with a box saying that my device did not install properly and i may experience problems with it, which i am cos it still wont work.
Im seriously stuck and hope someone can help me .
Cheers
