Aww bless both of you..I can only go for a biggie now in OH name (although if I get that I'm sure I'll end up checking for dad and brother)..I'm really lucky that so far I've been checking codes for days, and not had to pass up any £50 wins..it must be so frustrating, so I really feel for you both..

I thought this wasn;t supposed to happen?????? What have McVities said re this now - surely if it comes up as winning and you have the packet you should be able to claim - if you have 2 lottery tickets and both win Camelot wouldn't turn round and say you can only claim on 1!!!!!!

well thats the 3rd £50 hubbys turned down so not impressed by this but i am not one to give up im phoning mcvities tommorow as IT TOLD ME I WON £50 X3 over past few days and they cant really say i never can they

Has anyone already spoken to McVities about the rule change, and people still winning amounts they can't claim??

I knew I should have contacted them about the £500 I couldn't claim, but didn't dare do it..

Don;t blame you CG..... good luck with it and I think you have a case. My understanding was the system won;t allow you a second win and if it has (and a third/fourth etc) and you;ve got the winning email and relevant pack I don;t see why you shouldn't be able to claim......
