    As an aside from codes... er does anyone know if aubergines need peeling before cooking??

    Erine - it is best to peel them unless you are stuffing them :)

    :rotfl:What are you having for tea? They don't need peeling but if you're slicing them, i would get rid of the very first and very last slices as they will have loads of the outside on and it could be chewy!
