The first is the bar code and the second is the time code. You'll find all the codes are displayed like that, in that order.

Each code 5 times, some are double or triple packs which have 1 or 2 bonus entries on top.

Keep entering until it comes up with "Sorry this was the last time you can enter this code" or something along those lines.
