im feeling the same, its keeps me going seeing other people get good wins but then also makes me feel worse when i keep getting the 'unlucky' lol

Click on the windows icon in a ball at the bottom left of your screen, then click All programs and scroll down until you see a folder called Accessories and click that and then Snipping tool and other stuff should be below!

if ur not on vista you wont have it

Regarding forgetting codes - got to recommend the Bonkers HTML page http://www.bonkersaboutbiscuits.com/vote/ above the Flash page. Its a lot faster and more importantly it remembers all your details including code number. If you win you can always go back and check the winning code - you will have no luck with that in Flash.
