No way would I do a 3 way split , just on principle (unless it's a biggy lol, everyone has there price!)

If its £50 then it's only £17 less postage ! Forget it.


If I passed on someones codes to a 3rd party (which I wouldn't) I would never dream of asking for a split of any winnings.

Someone mentioned passing the codes onto someone else in a pm to me before and I asked them not to. It would be ok if they'd agreed the split before (people may have noticed I tend to always put 50/50 in my messages!), but doing without you knowing is definitely cheeky.
I'd say take a 1/3 split on this one but stress you don't want it happening again to both other parties.

On that note, if anyone wants some codes (just for themselves!!) then pm me

this comp requires trust and honesty, and it was wrong of them to ask for a 3-way split. you have few options.....
1) accept the 3-way split
2) accept the 3-way split (and dont send them codes again lol)
3) hope the "middle man" who sent the codes on has a prang of guilt and lets you rightfully split 50-50 with the one who won
or
4) dont send them the packet in order to claim and try the code with someone else who you trust.

personally I would choose the 4th option unless it was £250, £500, or the biggy lol

but personally if the person can pass the code on to another randomer in this way I wouldn't trust them to split the dosh when it turned up so I wouldn't bother sending them the packet in the first place

coz i'm a meanie like that lol (leaning from experience I mean lol)

£500 for Scruples and they other £500 can be split both ways

Then I still think that the person who won should go 50/50 with you and then they can go 50/50 of their half with the person who sent the code to them.
