I called them anyway. The lady Rhonda, she's really nice. She said she'll pass it on to handling department and it'll be their decision, not hers. I hope they still send cheque even if they do decide not to change name.

And yeh it was a slight spelling mistake, the first letter I spelt it with a Z, whereas in passport it's with an S. I'll see anyway what they say.

And when i told her that it was same email address, she was like 'oh i thought it was one email address per person' and i said 'oh but it doesn't say anything about that in T&C's so she thought she could' lol
