Assume your cheques are all from before the T&C change otherwise you'd know what you'd had as they are all for different people. Given they have (apparrently) said they will honour all wins pre the changes I would just call up with the info for them all. They may know what they have sent or what has been cashed??

my mum phoned them and they told her one of her cheques was sent to her on the 17th sept and she has not received it. she assumes it has been caught up in the postal fiasco and has asked them to cancel that cheque and re-issue it. she has also asked about other cheques she is waiting for and for cheques my dad is waiting for and they said they will get back to her.
she is still waiting to hear from them.

Thanks for replying. 3 of the wins are from before the change in T&C's (end Aug and early Sept) and the other 1 is from 6th Sept (but that's in OH's name)

As I know that there are others in the same position, I will wait a little while longer before chasing (probably leave it until Wed of next week)

oh im going to have to take a break for a while well done winners but im so fed up of entering other peoples codes for hours on end and no one entering mine and then seeing the same people winning time after time when others are using their codes. Im sorry if this sounds really grumpy but why do people prefer some people codes over others? I can hardly ever get anyone to have mine at all

time to go out for a while ....
