    hi all, havent bonked today so ive had a nice break it was literally driving me insane and i was getting real irritable.

    How is everyone getting on? just had a quick read back and looks like theres been a couple of wins but not loads.

    I've not really been around much the last few days...trying to do normal comps and busy at work..hope everyone has been lucky, and well done all winners..I may try and bonk tomorrow night for one last effort x
