I'm not sure about it at all.
Definitely the biggie isn't always the same time. I have seen it go 5-6am ish (twice), 12-1pmish (twice), and 8-10pmish (3 times) just from memory.

But if it helps anyone then just from a super quick search these are the winning times I've found (with a lot of thanks to Tulip for her updates in the I Won!! forum as most are from there). Feel free to add yours if you think there's something to it.

No more bonking for me today, we're off out for the day.
