    Morning bonkers.......Advice please.....had pains in middle back for about 4 days when breathing ...its ok in day time but as soon as i lay down in bed its really painful......Any Ideas????? sorry to ask but am petrified of doctors....:o Cant believe i had 5 kids....:rolleyes:

    oh hun hope your ok ou could have slipped a disk im not sure as my pain in lower back.

    Thanks both.....I have suffered with the base of my back for about 6 years now but wont take tablets......Due to seeing my mom take 36 tabs a day for Parkinsons and other illnesses being completely addicted to them ....I tend to suffer silently....:o

    Anyway going to get bonking...if anyone hasnt had my codes just pm and we can swap....got a couple of lists from last night still to do first..

    Morning, plugged the other internet connection in so I can bonk today!!! still can't work it out - Easter what about going to someone who knows about backs can't think of there name that way you don't need to see a doctor or take tablets, good it gets better - cg good luck for today
