Has anyone who has won before noticed that its quite slow?

Thing is when i use an address that has had a win at it, its slow.... take sometimes up to around 30 seconds to say unlucky. When out of interest i did my neighbours door number it went a lot quicker. Has anyone found this, or is it just me?
