    and your point is?

she has two positives from sellers in april 08. the reason its 0% is because feedback % is calculated on the last 12 months,

    How is feedback calculated

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member in the same week.
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the Recent Ratings table on the left.
    PositivesPositives + Negatives
    This member's 12 Month Feedback ratingsPositives: 0s.gifNegatives: 0
    This member's Positive Feedback percentage
    00 + 0s.gif = s.gif0.0%

More interestingly is the current highest bidder (Bidder 2)

Registered for more than 5 years, zero feedback so far, but just happens to now want some festival tickets tickets, a computer monitor and an xbox360
... all that coincidentally this seller is offering.

Someone wanna waste their time reporting another shill bidding case?
I'm fed up of ebay saying there's not enough evidence to prove it.

Well I had a few minutes to waste, so I did report it.

Guess what? Yep that's right. Insufficient evidence of shill bidding. In fact in the response they said they had taken note of the evidence provided and added it to what they gathered.

So they have additional evidence more than I gave, but they still don't think it's sufficiently suspect to take any action.

What do ebay trust and safety need before taking action? A signed confession by the seller that they are shill bidding?
