Hi,
I have now got everything ready to sent my dla forms in for my son. but have now ran into a bit of a problem. I registered on the dla website and started completing some of the form as it stated that benefits that was awarded would be back dated to the date the form was first downloaded as long as it was within 3 months. i have forgotten my username and password to get back in to it i rang them yesterday and they said they couldnt do anything about it. it is dated 29 may, does any one know what i can do?????

If you go back on the site and click forgotten user details, perhaps it will be able to give you some prompts to remember.
