Hi all this is a question for my grandfather, he is currently claiming dla and higher rate mobilitly due to an amputation and now needs a car to get him around, the thing is he needs a 4x4 as he lives in the middle of nowhere and the only route in and out is not suitable for small cars as it is very rural area. Is he able to have a 4x4 the the scheme or would he be better off buying one himself if he saved for a bit
Thanks for your answers i appreciate it
