Business bank accounts are not covered by the FSA waiver and therefore the Financial hardship exemption does not apply to business accounts. It's only personal accounts that it applies to.can i claim back business charges ,even though my account has recently been closed.my business has ceased trading and i am definitely in financial hardship?

Im currently helping a friend reclaim business charges. Does this mean that the reclaim is not on hold? If so great news! They bank with HBOS..0 -

I claimed business and personal account charges from Natwest and am also in a hardship situation and the business account had been closed.
They paid me about 75% of my business account claim within about two weeks as a gesture of goodwill whilst the personal account claim is still dragging on some 3 months later.
So its worth a punt
Good luck0 -
Yes but you cannot rely on UTCCR 1999 since the business is not a consumer under the regulations.Im currently helping a friend reclaim business charges. Does this mean that the reclaim is not on hold? If so great news! They bank with HBOS..0
