Motorpoint - Anyone used them?
Well, as the title says really, has anyone used them before?
I'd like to know the basics really, as they seem to be selling a car I want second hand very cheap!
"Are they imports?" is the main question for me, but anything else you might like to add would be good!

They are very often Euro-imports. We bought a Yaris from them about 5 years ago. Made a massive saving and the spec (it was from Ireland) was much better than the UK model spec.0

I also used them a couple of years ago, don't expect red carpets and polite salesmen, or even more than 1 litre of petrol !!!!
They do exactly what they say, cheap cars with no frills. No better or worse than any other dealership but a lot cheaper.0 -
bought from them before - you get what you pay for. Dont expect any help or support from them, but most stuff is still under manufacturer warranty anyway. Car I bought was very cheep, but be aware that most of the 12 month old stuff is direct from the hire car fleets (as was mine) IMO this is reflected in the price. The tell tail signs are diesel stickers on fuel caps and no smoking stickesrs in the car, or in my case the damage report in teh glovebox!0

We looked at buying a car from them recently. Lots of cars are imports and fleet cars. We were interested in one and when we looked at the scratches on it they said they would polish and valet it. Next day when we went to buy the car they were charging us £150 for the valet and polish. We left - without the car - staff were very rude!!0
