You can contact the insurance peope to update their records with details of a new card."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0

could i just MAX my card out i know it would be only 95% done but they would not be able to do transaction0

I wouldn't risk it, because the card company may (at their discretion) honour your car insurance renewal, which will take you over your credit limit. You would then get stung for over limit fees and probably lose your 0% deal as well.
Just phone the insurance company and either disable auto-renewal, or as CannyJock says give them new card details - but make sure they confirm the change in writing.0 -
most people dont want the hassle of ringing company up.
i only thought its going to be problem if i do bt ,so i will ring them up.

Nope, they'd still try, if it didn't go through it'd be treated as a failed payment, you could end up uninsured, driving illegally, arrested, exiled to the moon etc etc etc
Just phone them
They're mostly normal people who get up, eat breakfast, go to work. And it's Friday. They'll be as glad as you that it's the end of the week.
Top tip for phoning call centre people - stand up while on the phone, don't sit down, smile while talking to them and ask them how their day's been, then ask if they can help you and explain the situation. By being cheery towards them you're giving them a 30 second reprieve from the usual neanderthal complainer they have to deal with."A child of five could understand this.
