If you pay this bunch who do you make the payment (cheque) payable to?

Yep, long story, but I don't get statements, I just want to pay them a few quid but you wouldn't believe how difficult I am finding this.

Can you ring them and pay via debit card? Or you could ask them what to write on the payee line

Because I can't tell them the details of the last purchase on the account they can't tell me anything not even how to pay them it seems (data protection for my safety). The last actual purchase was in 1987 YES 1987

Doesn't anyone have a statement or cheque stub saying what they are called (I know what I call them!)

I have my topman statement somewhere which is now Santander so I will try and dig it out and have a look.

You've had the card for 22 years?!

I think you really should call them and try get the statement thing sorted out. You could be funding someones extravagant lifestyle and not even know about it!

It says on my statement ''Make A Cheque Payable To Santander Cards and include your account number on the payee line''.

The address on the return envelope they sent me is:

Santander Cards
PO Box 848
Liverpool
