    I love it and the stock is zillion times better than these other pound shops that we have round here.

    We have 3 empty woolies within a 7 mile radius. I wish they would move in to one of them. I am sad as that would make my day :rotfl:

    My local woolies has become a 99p shop, bet poundland opposite aren't too happy as they're about quarter of the size. Not bad for us bargain hunters though, lol

    To go to my local (:rotfl:)99p store again 50 mile round. Same city centre but around the corner from each other.

    I do have pound shops local but a lot of it is tat.

    I bought a 6-pack of Walkers (salt&vinegar not a rubbish flavour) crisps, and a box of Oreos each for £1 in our local one the other day.

    There is an awful lot of branded stuff in pound shops, as well as a lot of tat. I bought Disney Wall-E stuff last year which had $9.99 printed on the packaging.
