BA Flight help????

I'm trying to book BA flights for 20+ people for a weekend away but online the max amount of tickets that can be bought together is 6. Don't want to book over the phone as will miss out on the online discount and don't want to book say 4 lots of 6 due to the risk of not enough tickets being available!!
Any help/ideas would be much appreciated!!

Call them and explain - you may find that if you want to book 20 tickets you will get a better deal anyway. I always try to fly BA and in generall find them pretty good and acomodating - last time I flew with them was to Antigua and my partner was pregnant. As soon as the cabin crew realised they found her a seat with more room, and kept making sure she was comfortable and had plenty to drink. very good service

    Booking directly on ba.com means:

s.gifs.gificon_blue_arrow.gifyou can book up to six people at once, to a maximum of 20 people. You will be charged the lowest fare for as many passengers as we can accommodate before moving up into the next lowest fare class. For group bookings of more than 20 people, you will need to phone Group Sales
icon_blue_arrow.gifyou will not pay for the flexibility that you receive when booking through Group Sales. For example, via ba.com you will pay the full amount at the time of booking and will not be able to make any changes or receive any refunds

The above also applies for bookings made over the phone via the normal British Airways phone number 0870 850 9 850.

From this it looks like the only way to do it is to phone them but you could then haggle for a discount maybe????

    Just had a great idea

you need to book 20 seats 6 at a time get three mates together all go to your local internet cafe each log on to ba at the same time and book together at the same time!!! Well maybe not then :D

    Hi

I've done a few group bookings with BA in the past for 40 people and have used their group booking line and I have found that the prices are really heavily discounted, much more than the internet. I payed £180 return to New York a couple of years ago. I'd just get a quote and then compare this to doing the separate bookings, and then haggle!
