I am considering saying that she is my partner purely to uncomplicate the matter????

I dont want to stuff this up at all!!!!
Thats what I was thinking. If at some point one of you moves out then you could submit a new SOA to the OR.

  • Well that settles it then, shes now my missus again!! (oh god).
We only split because of the financial mess I got us into anyway but I still hold out for a possible partnership again!! hehehe:D

Its a great shame that money/debt gets in the way of relationships. I know mine suffered but we have come through it! Maybe once all this is out of the way you can get back together. Best of luck.

  • Thanks FYP. I think just that fact that im now taking responsibility for my debt/actions then that will go a long way towards repairing what we once had???

and not to forget that you are supporting her through her unemployment! I didn't think it sounded as if you two had really split.

  • Your right, we still love each other and other people say the same!! Its strange really, weve been together for 11 years so its not as simple to just walk away from each other after all that time we put into the relationship (all the highs and LOWS)!!!

Relatively simple. You can do a little bit at a time and save as you go. If you get stuck with anything ask on here.
