update:-
found this happens when you remove the Corel Photo software (it's only a 60 day trial so you may want to remove it to put the software that come with you camera/printer)Ex forum ambassador

I keep getting that on my Dell Dimension 5150 after deleting all their rubbish.
Spent all night trying to sort it out, so thanks for that.0 -
Thanks also for this - it was driving me mad and I couldn't even shut down the computer.
In an attempt to get rid of this I even deleted the Sonic update manager from 'add and remove software' in control panel - yet it still kept appearing!
The question: Was the removal of this software a mistake or do I need it? If so how do I get it back please?0 -
Thanks for this Browntoad, been trying to get rid of this for ages,0
