Seeing as this is supposed to be a praise board as well, I thought I would add my tales of excellent service from Silver Cross. I have a Silver Cross 3D buggy, which my darling OH managed to break by forcing it shut without releasing the back bit. This resulted in 2 of the rivets completely shearing off making it totally unusable.
It is well out of warrenty (and totally our fault it was broken!), as DD is now 20 months old, but I still thought I would phone Silver Cross and see if they could recommend a repairer in my area, as to replace would have cost around £300. To my surprise, they collected it by courier the next day from OH's office, repaired it and couriered it back to us within the week - for the grand sum of £40! We got a full colour report of the problem, detailed description of the repair and a courtesy phone call a week later to ensure we were happy with the result.
Don't know many companies who provide this kind of service, so I thought I would give them a big "yay!".
