O2 Mobile Insurance Scam!!!

Hey all
I’ve been a customer of o2 for around 5 years now and i have always take out insurance thx to the nice salesmen that tells me that if anything happens to my phone - lost, stolen, damaged and scratched etc it is covered.
So today i have tried to make my first claim ever due to dropping my iphone.. Only to find out that they refused to send me a replacement out due to the fact that it is only cosmetic damage!!!!! As my phone now has a number of scratches on the screen which makes it difficult to view some icons or text i was very shocked when I’m paying £7.50 a month for there “o2 insure premier cover" so does anyone know if I have a case to reclaim my payments for useless cover??
If so are there any templates like the reclaim PPI cover has??
Many thanks in advanced
Chris
