Next Directory & Vodafone on Credit Report

I wern't sure where to put this (so mods please feel free to move as you see fit) but I've just checked my credit report and basically these two appear on it. I have no idea where they are from. Apparently the Vodafone one has a balance of £3 even though I have never missed a payment
, yet I've never paid anything. There is also Next Directory I haven't the foggiest about but apparently I have an account with them which I opened when I was 17 19/11/2007
the balance is nil. If I get in touch with Next could they remove this? Also is it worth contacting Vodafone as well?
There is also a disused bank account on there. Is it worth closing this? Does it affect anything?
Other than that everything seems to be on satisfactory with all
0000000000000
Which I assume is a good thing.
EDIT: It also asks me to pay extra to see my actual score. Is it worth it? Or does it not really mean much providing everythings satisfactory?
Thanks

The scores mean zip. I personally wouldn't waste £6 a month subscribing.
Did you apply for a Next Direct catalogue back in 2007?
Maybe the Vodafone one is your next bill to be taken?0 -
I don't know, I guess I must have since its on there, but its not something I would particularly want so its a bit odd.
My phone is PAYG and O2 so I can't see it being that. its all very strange.Overdraft: PAID

Yes, a nice string of 000000 indicates that all is well.Everything seems to be satisfactory with all 0000000000000 which I assume is a good thing.
If you ask Next to close the account, it will be marked "settled" on your credit reports. The account will stay on file for 6 years from the date closed. If that too has 000000, then its presence will contribute to your credit rating

Do a data subject access request and put your day time telephone number in the letter. Make sure you send the letter by recorded delivery so the company doesn't choose to ignore or pretend they haven't received your letter.I wern't sure where to put this (so mods please feel free to move as you see fit) but I've just checked my credit report and basically these two appear on it. Often as it's too much hassle to get someone's full records companies will contact you to find out what information you want, and you can ask them to remove the incorrect entry.
BTW it's quite common for mobile phone companies to do incorrect searches.
Leave it alone as already indicated you shouldn't have an empty credit file. There is also Next Directory I haven't the foggiest about but apparently I have an account with them which I opened when I was 17 19/11/2007

Answered aboveAlso is it worth contacting Vodafone as well?
No and No. As long as you keep an eye on the account it will make it easier if you need to bank with the bank later. Never just use one financial institution for savings and banking. There is also a disused bank account on there. Is it worth closing this? Does it affect anything?
The scores are meaning less as each financial institution has their own criteria for calculating scores.Other than that everything seems to be on satisfactory with all
