First letter - what address to send to?

Hi

I've just written my first letter to HSBC re bank charges. After using the calculator on this website they owe me £2,098.73!

Thing is - do I send it to my branch or is there another address just for dealing with bank charge claims?

Thanks!
My LBM - December 2010!

FAO: Mr Jim Large ( and he is a large chap aswell ). If you win, remember to donate some of your booty to him, so that he can buy some slimming food.

Jos do you know him personally?
Comments like that do annoy me because they are completely uncalled for on any forum.

Rather than start a new thread could someone please point me towards the addresses to use for both RBS and Halifax (halifax account was closed 5 years ago but I should still be able to claim I think?)

    Thank you
