sorry if this is long winded but im so annoyed................... a while ago i had problems with a buyer from germany, they asked what postage would be i answered saying i post all item signed for on delivery including items posted overseas.Anyway after winning they started to argue postage costs threating to report me for exsessive postage i then started a non payer dispute & eventually they paid so i posted costing 1p less than i had charged. Three weeks later they report to paypal saying the item never arrived i checked on tracking & with my local post office and eventually they decided it had arrived afterall.
I blocked the bidder & thought no more of it, but guess what they have bought another item under a diff id and now are threatening me with excessive postage costs again!!!!!!!!!!! they are refusing to pay untill i reduce them, i really dont want to go through all this again, i checked on goofbay & they are spending around £1000 a month i wonder how many items dont arrive ?????????????

They can't report you for excessive postage after they have won an auction. Ebay will laugh them out of the complaint room, so send it tracked again.
I hate those people. They only want you to send it not tracked so they can claim it never arrived.
Unfortunately to remain on ebays good side you are going to have to go through it all again, just don't let it stress you and stick to your guns. You have in no way breached any policy by insisting that international items are sent tracked. Too bad for your wannabe scammer buyer.0 -
I have just gone through an unpaid dispute with a seller who refuses to pay for tracked mail depsite it being in the listing. Just give them 7 days to pay and if they don't then open a dispute. Just keep blocking them0

Do you have the ID's so we can all block them?0

You can report them for buying an item just so they can leave negative feedback, which I guess is what they want to do. Have a look HERE
That's a good idea actually. They have created another account and bid on one of your items because they know they are blocked on the original ID. Since you had problems with the buyer previously it certainly could be interperated and reported as malicious bidding.0 -

You are, but if you are in the slightest concerned that this may reveal your own ID then think about it before you do so. You could always PM the IDs to anyone that specifically wants them if you have any concerns about revealing your own account. Not that you necessarily should be worried unless you are an unregistered business seller or have terms and conditions which contradict ebays (in which case people will be likely to at least point it out, maybe with a bit of light mocking). It could even be potentially helpful for you, but is sometimes something to be wary of.0 -

Personally I would advise against it as NeilJung points out that reveals your ID as well. The last thing you want is for this nuisance buyer to be told about your thread here and wreak even more mischief, and believe me it happens.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
