BMI Baby Credit card

I got an email from Martin on his "moneysavingtips" system and it mentioned the BMI baby Credit card with I think airmiles or similar (over and above what BMI were giving you) for taking out the CC. Unfortunately I now cannot find the article, can anybody give me the link or point me in the right direction?
