I recently spoke to you as friend of asbestos2008!
I explained that now they have my IVA money my company are not even telling me how much to pay each year, i just keep getting fobbed off. Today i recieved a breach of agreement letter for payslips in jan onwards, however i have returned pay slips from may (for feb, mar, apr), it seems like they jus cant be bothered now they are collecting my money. I rang and asked to speak to my account handler and i had to get irate before i could just speak to a manager, is this acceptable?
I am so stressed by it all
can i switch

Sounds not quite right but you'd need to divulge more info.
You should have an agreed monthly contribution with your IVA provider BEFORE you pay a penny to your proposal!
****Ah right, I've seen your original post under "Asbestos".
Still doesn't sound right!
How about you calculate your new income and expenditure and send it in to BE with a cover note invoicing them for your fee as supervisor in your own case - if you're doing the work then why should you pay them for it? perhaps split the supervision fee with them as they will still have to make the dividend dispersements! (I'm kidding of course - split nothing!)
Seriously though, would they be so blas! about it if you weren't responsible enough to inform them and do the calculations for them?***Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
