HBOS reclaim where do I go from here

Hoping someone can give me a quick answer, I am claiming on behalf of my OH for overdraft charges from a few years ago, I have done the letter and sent the charges/interest total and got the usual letter back "we believe that your complaint concerns the level, fairness etc and that once legal proceedings between the OFT and banks complete they will resolve my complaint.

I really don't understand all this OFT, FSA etc, brain doesn't stretch that far! Am I right in saying that I just need to wait or is there something else I can do now?

I have read through a lot of posts already and just getting a little confused!

It's a sit back and wait. Did you claim from July 2001 to present day? If not then you still got a little bit more work to do

There were only bank charges for July 2001 to about 2004 so hopefully all these will be refunded soon. Thank you for the reply, will now sit back and wait. Thanks again
